Clean and Very Efficient

Jarrett did a fantastic job. He was clean and very efficient. He removed and replaced a section of sewer line under concrete slab. He only had water shut down for an hour or so. Finished job in one day and left work area clean and ready to install tile. I highly recommend EVERYDAYPLUMBER.com.

100% To Our Satisfaction

You cannot go wrong with this team. The plumbers came promptly to install a new garbage disposal, sink, and faucet. They also incidentally found a leak in one of our main pipes, leading out of the house. They stayed late to repair and install everything 100% to our satisfaction and cleaned every surface before packing up and heading out 🙂

We have found our new plumber for good!

We were super impressed with this company and the vast plumbing services Ryan provided. Calling the company about a clogged toilet, shower, and potential sewer line, Ryan came out the next day and used his equipment to locate a crushed sewer pipe on the side of the house, underground. Crushed by a giant Camphor tree root!! The pipe was completely clogged and backing up because the tree root was so massive and eventually just crushed the pipe. Ryan spent 1 & 1/2 days locating the issue, digging out the area around the broken pipe, (a couple feet under ground) and also spent arduous time and effort hacking through the tree root, and eventually was able to replace the pipe.

Ryan was on time, communicative, knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. He was also pleasant to talk to when explaining things and patiently answered all of our questions, of which there were a lot. Ryan explained long term solutions to improve the sewer line and provided a reliable fix in the meantime and he didn’t leave until we felt comfortable knowing the job was complete all all systems were working. We were happy with the results. I will also add that Lyric, the customer service representative was also very pleasant, helpful and communicative. I am pretty sure we have found our new plumber, for good! I will highly recommend EVERYDAYPLUMBER.com.

Outstanding In Every Respect

Another wonderful experience with EveryDayPlumber! We are a repeat customer and are totally impressed with how easy it is dealing with this company. On this occasion we needed our 26 year old water heater replaced, and of course needed it asap. With the delays due to Covid that we have experienced with other projects we were very pleasantly surprised to get a plumber sent out the next morning. Upon arrival, the plumber was professional, friendly and went straight to work. He assessed the situation requirements and explained his recommendations to us for agreement and approval.

Additionally, we asked that a drain pipe be installed from the new pan to an outside wall. We were thrilled when he said he would run out to get all the parts needed and be back to complete the project the same day! Nathan was a pleasure to work with. Had a run of questionable plumbers over the last few years. HOWEVER, I have FINALLY found my guy! This weekend I tried to do a shower replacement myself, and while the water was off I ran into a piping issue I could not handle. I called EVERYDAYPLUMBER.com on a Saturday and they quickly took down my information and routed me to their on call plumber. He showed up when he said he would within a few hours of my call. Sent Someone Out Within The Hour

We have used EVERYDAYPLUMBER.com before and knew they were very helpful. Just recently, we had an emergency late on a Tuesday evening: the dreaded overflowing toilet. EVERYDAYPLUMBER.com was there for us. When we called and described our problem, they sent someone out within the hour! Maybe we were fortunate that they had someone “on call” and standing by fairly close to our home, but we were grateful to have our plumbing emergency fixed that night. Jarrett was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He suggested that we follow up with a scheduled appointment to evaluate our sewer line since this has become a recurring problem.

I called around 11:00 o’clock and was told someone would be there by 1:00. Mike showed up on time and went to check out the problem. Unfortunately it wasn’t what we hoped. We just bought a home, and had an unusual plumbing requirement. I went out to a few local plumbers, seeking to have three Japanese bidet toilet seats installed. The first would be hourly, with a much too high estimate for the job. EVERYDAYPLUMBER.com offered me a set price for each installation, and it was VERY reasonable. My kitchen sink backed up with sand and dirt as did my washing machine drainage pipe. Of course I thought the worst. I utilized Angie’s List who provided numerous plumbers. Within minutes, EVERYDAYPLUMBER.com called me to inquire about my issue. Their representative offered an appointment for the next day. The plumber called me in the A.M. and asked if I would mind if he came early. He QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY located the problem area in my drainage system.
