Our ops manager stays hands-on with the crew day to day, and Mike still gets out to job sites regularly to see the work firsthand and grab a few videos. Job Requirements Include
- Residential and commercial drain cleaning and plumbing service calls
- Experience with water re-pipes and sewer replacements
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, and advise customers to make informed repair decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service that earns repeat customers and referrals
- Coordinate with dispatch and the customer service team to keep scheduling accurate
- Maintain a professional appearance on every job
- Keep a clean, organized job site and a properly stocked truck
- Maintain a clean driving record
