Residential Plumbing Services

Serving the fastest-growing corridor of southern Pasco County — Wesley Chapel, Land O’Lakes, Trinity, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Holiday, and Elfers — with licensed residential and commercial plumbing since 2012. We do not currently dispatch to northern Pasco (Zephyrhills, Dade City, San Antonio, Hudson) — call ahead if you’re unsure which side of the county you’re on and we’ll tell you honestly.

Water Heater Repair & Installation

Southern Pasco draws from the same hard-water Floridan Aquifer as the rest of Tampa Bay, which shortens tank life countywide — new-construction homes in Wesley Chapel and 1970s slab homes in New Port Richey alike.

Whole-Home Repipe

Galvanized and polybutylene replacement for the older west-county housing stock — New Port Richey, Port Richey, Holiday, and Elfers still carry a meaningful share of original supply lines from before 1985.

Water Filtration & Softening

Hard groundwater is a countywide problem here — scale buildup and clogged aerators are one of the most common service calls we get, from Wesley Chapel to Holiday alike, regardless of a home's age.

Pipe Repair & Leak Detection

Galvanized pipe corrodes from the inside out — low water pressure and rust-colored water are two of the most common calls we get from the west-county side of our service area.

Drain Cleaning

Hydro jetting clears the full pipe diameter, not just a hole through the clog — the right call whether the line is 3 years old in Bexley or 50 years old in New Port Richey.

Sewer Line Repair & Camera Inspection

Cast-iron drain lines are still common on the older west side of the county. Camera inspection shows us exactly where a line has failed before we dig.

Toilet Repair & Installation

Running toilets, weak flushes, leaks at the base — fixed or replaced depending on what’s actually wrong.

New Construction & Master-Planned Communities

The Wesley Chapel – Land O’Lakes – Trinity corridor has added more rooftops in the last fifteen years than almost anywhere else in Tampa Bay, much of it inside gated, master-planned communities with their own fixture standards and HOA rules.

Wesley Chapel & Epperson

Epperson’s Crystal Lagoon district is built almost entirely on tankless water heaters and PEX. We cover fixture installs and warranty repair here, plus our full Wesley Chapel service area.

Land O’Lakes: Del Webb Bexley & Angeline

Del Webb Bexley is a 55+ community with higher-end fixture packages, and Angeline is one of the newest master-planned developments on this side of the county. Both sit inside our Land O’Lakes service area.

Trinity’s Golf Communities

Trinity doesn’t have its own page yet, but we actively serve it — including the gated golf communities of Fox Hollow and Champions Club, where irrigation backflow testing and premium fixture installs are a regular part of our workload.

When Plumbing Becomes an Emergency

Florida’s rainy season and hurricane season both hit southern Pasco hard, and the county’s low-lying, coastal-adjacent geography around New Port Richey and Elfers makes heavy-rain sewer backups a real seasonal risk. We run 365-day emergency service across the whole southern Pasco service area.

Storm-Related Backups

Heavy rain events can overwhelm older gravity sewer lines on the west side of the county faster than on newer, better-graded lines in Wesley Chapel and Land O’Lakes.

Burst Pipes & Slab Leaks

Slab-on-grade construction is the default across almost all of southern Pasco, new and old alike, which means a slab leak here is a genuine emergency call, not a wait-until-Monday repair.

Water Heater Failures

A failed unit in a two-story new-construction home in Wesley Chapel is a different job than a failed unit in an original 1970s New Port Richey slab home — we staff for both.

Burst Pipes, Any Time

No holiday exceptions. A burst pipe in Holiday on Christmas Day gets the same dispatch as a Tuesday afternoon call in Wesley Chapel.

Commercial Plumbing in Southern Pasco County

Southern Pasco’s commercial base runs from retail and restaurant space along US-19 in New Port Richey and Port Richey to the newer commercial corridors going in around Wesley Chapel and Bexley. We handle both, under the same license and one standard of work.

Grease Traps & Hydro-Jetting

Restaurant and food-service grease trap maintenance and hydro-jetting for commercial kitchen lines along the US-19 corridor and in newer Wesley Chapel retail centers.

Backflow Testing & Property Management

Annual backflow certification for HOAs and commercial properties, plus ongoing plumbing maintenance contracts for property managers overseeing multiple units across Pasco’s gated communities.

Commercial Water Heaters

Large-capacity tanks and commercial tankless systems, specified for the aquifer’s hardness level so they don’t scale out ahead of schedule.

Property Management Accounts

Fast, documented response for property managers and HOAs across southern Pasco’s gated communities. Contact us about a service agreement.

Two Counties in One: East vs. West Pasco

Quick answer: Southern Pasco is really two different plumbing markets stitched together. The eastern half — Wesley Chapel, Land O’Lakes, Trinity — is some of the newest housing stock in the Tampa Bay area, built from the mid-2000s to today inside master-planned communities, almost entirely PEX supply lines and slab-on-grade construction. Most calls here are fixture installs, tankless water heater conversions, and warranty-adjacent repairs, not emergency pipe failure.

The western half is a different story: New Port Richey, Port Richey, Holiday, and Elfers carry a much older Gulf-coast building stock, most of it from the 1960s through the 1980s. ZIP codes 34652–34656 (New Port Richey) and 34668, 34673 (Port Richey) still have a meaningful share of original galvanized supply lines and cast-iron drain lines — galvanized pipe corrodes from the inside out, which is why low water pressure and rust-colored water are two of the most common calls we get from this part of the county.

Hard groundwater, both sides: Pasco County draws from the same Floridan Aquifer system as the rest of Tampa Bay, and it runs hard on both sides of the county. Scale buildup inside water heaters and clogged aerators are one of the most common service calls we get, Wesley Chapel to Holiday alike, regardless of a home's age.

Why the license on your plumber matters here: Florida requires a state plumbing contractor license for water heater installs, repipes, sewer-line repair, and gas-line work — jobs a lot of Pasco County handyman services will quote but aren’t actually licensed to pull permits for. EVERYDAYPLUMBER.com holds CFC1428537, and every repipe or water-heater install we do in Pasco County is permitted and inspected, not just completed.

Frequently Asked Questions — Pasco County Plumbers

No — we serve southern Pasco County: Wesley Chapel, Land O’Lakes, Trinity, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Holiday, and Elfers. We do not currently dispatch to northern Pasco (Zephyrhills, Dade City, San Antonio, Hudson). If you’re unsure which side of the county you’re on, call (813) 872-0200 and we’ll tell you honestly.
33543, 33544, and 33545 in Wesley Chapel; 34637, 34638, and 34639 in Land O’Lakes; 34652 through 34656 in New Port Richey; 34668 and 34673 in Port Richey; 34690 through 34692 in Holiday; and 34680 in Elfers, plus Trinity.
Pasco County draws from the same hard-water Floridan Aquifer system as the rest of Tampa Bay. Mineral scale builds up inside tank water heaters faster in hard water, which shortens their working life regardless of which part of the county you’re in.
New construction is usually PEX and tankless-ready, so most calls we get from Wesley Chapel, Land O’Lakes, and Trinity are fixture installs, tankless conversions, or warranty-adjacent repairs rather than pipe failure — but hard water and improperly set fixtures can still cause problems in a five-year-old home.
Homes built before the mid-1980s in this part of the county often still have original galvanized supply lines or cast-iron drain lines. Low water pressure, rust-colored water, and slow or backing-up drains are the early warning signs we’d want to inspect before they turn into a full pipe failure.
