After asking what they charged for install of new heater I quickly learned that $500 was the going rate.  EveryDayPlumber said they would be out in 45 mins and showed up within that time. Quoted me a price of $1000 for heater and installation. No hard sell, no pressure to buy a bigger more expensive heater. Ryan the tech removed the old tank and installed the new one in a short time. We only found this out after starting the washer, flushing two toilets and - well you can imagine the results. I have used EverydayPlumber on two former occasions, but did not expect assistance on Christmas day. I called anyway and was very happy to have a plumber scheduled to arrive at our house within 90 minutes.

Dan Jackson showed up. Professional presentation and personality. He quickly diagnosed and addressed our problem. I can not be more thankful with the experience. I had a complicated problem that no less than 4 other plumbers looked at and and did not fix. Just snake it, charge us 300$ bucks and see you in 4 months.

Garbage.

When Chris came out and looked at the problem, he had a vision of what needed to be done to fix it. Bid it fairly, and executed.

Well done.

When he ran into something more, he called Todd, a supervisor with a wealth of knowledge. He wisely analyzed the problem, and explained it to me clearly and slowly, because I’m not a plumber. Used a camera even down in the line to show me what was the issue. And none of his time was extra. He was there to support Chris. I like companies that support their good employees.

The problem is now solved.

Conclusion,

Chris is my plumber now. Enough said.
